一、软件信息

二、许可性质

本软件为商业授权软件（Commercial Software），并非 GNU GPL 或任何自由软件许可。

用户仅在获得合法 License 授权后，方可在许可范围内使用本软件。

三、授权方式与范围

  1. 本软件采用 商业 License 授权模式，授权方式以购买页面或授权中心显示为准。
  2. 每个 License 仅授权用于 指定数量的网站/域名。
  3. 授权为 一次性买断授权，除非另有明确说明，不包含额外续费义务。
  4. 授权仅限被授权方自身使用，不得转让、出租、出借或再授权。

四、使用限制（重要）

未经杭州保和科技有限公司书面许可，任何个人或组织 不得：

  1. 复制、分发、转售、出租本软件或其任何部分；
  2. 将本软件用于非法用途或违反所在地法律法规的行为；
  3. 对本软件进行反编译、反向工程、破解、去除或绕过授权校验；
  4. 对软件核心代码进行未授权的修改、篡改或再发布；
  5. 以任何形式向第三方提供本软件或其派生版本。

五、技术保护措施说明

为保护软件合法权益，本软件可能包含但不限于以下技术措施：

  • License 授权校验（Elite Licenser 或同类系统）；
  • 核心代码加密（如 ionCube Encoder）；
  • 文件完整性与签名校验；
  • 功能限制或风控锁定机制。

用户理解并同意，上述技术措施属于合法的版权保护手段。

六、知识产权声明

  1. 本软件及其所有组成部分的著作权、商标权及相关知识产权均归 杭州保和科技有限公司 所有。
  2. “Baohe”“保和科技”为注册商标或商业标识，未经授权不得使用。
  3. 本软件已申请或将申请软件著作权保护。

七、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内：

  1. 本软件按“现状”提供，开发方不对其适用于特定目的作出明示或暗示保证；
  2. 因使用或无法使用本软件所造成的任何直接或间接损失，开发方不承担责任；
  3. 用户因违反本协议造成的法律责任，应由用户自行承担。

八、协议的变更与终止

  1. 开发方有权在合理范围内更新本协议内容；
  2. 若用户违反本协议，开发方有权立即终止其授权，并暂停软件功能；
  3. 授权终止后，用户应停止使用本软件并删除相关副本。

九、适用法律与争议解决

  1. 本协议适用 中华人民共和国法律；
  2. 因本协议产生的争议，应提交 开发方所在地人民法院 处理。

十、最终条款

用户在安装、激活或使用本软件的任何行为，均视为已阅读并同意本协议全部内容。

Commercial License Agreement

1. Software Information

2. License Type

This software is commercial software and is not licensed under the GNU GPL or any open-source license.

Use of this software is permitted only after obtaining a valid commercial License.

3. License Grant

  1. The software is licensed under a commercial licensing model, as described on the purchase page or license center.
  2. Each License is valid only for the authorized number of websites or domains.
  3. The License is a one-time purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  4. The License is non-transferable and may not be sublicensed.

4. Restrictions

Without prior written permission from Hangzhou Baohe Technology Co., Ltd., you may not:

  1. Copy, distribute, resell, rent, or lease the software;
  2. Use the software for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws;
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, crack, or bypass license verification;
  4. Modify, tamper with, or redistribute the core code;
  5. Provide the software or any derivative works to third parties.

5. Technical Protection Measures

The software may include technical protection measures such as:

  • License verification systems (e.g., Elite Licenser);
  • Core code encryption (e.g., ionCube Encoder);
  • File integrity and signature verification;
  • Feature restriction or risk control mechanisms.

You acknowledge that these measures are lawful methods to protect intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the software belong to Hangzhou Baohe Technology Co., Ltd.
  2. “Baohe” is a registered trademark or commercial identifier.
  3. The software is protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind;
  2. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software;
  3. Users bear all responsibility for violations of this agreement.

8. Termination

  1. The developer may update this agreement when necessary;
  2. Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of the License;
  3. Upon termination, the user must cease use and delete all copies of the software.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the court of the developer’s所在地.

10. Acceptance

By installing, activating, or using this software, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this agreement.
